When we are young, surrounded by friends and family, with career and personal goals, old age seems like too far ahead into the future, and too complicated to deal with. And frankly, there are always other things to focus on. At least that's how it used to be for me, before my time with Joy Bringers Home Healthcare.

But the truth is that thanks to advances in science and medicine, all of us are likely to be 70 years old — or older — one day. On one such day, we might need help with things that used to be second nature. Things like getting up from bed, or figuring out your medicine for the day.
